WASHINGTON – U.S. law enforcement officials are telling The Associated Press that the Navy contractor identified as the gunman in the mass shootings at the Washington Navy Yard had been suffering a host of serious mental issues, including paranoia and a sleep disorder. ATHENS, Greece – Suicides increased by 45 percent during the first four years of Greece’s financial crisis, a mental health aid group said Tuesday, warning there are indications of a further “very large rise” over the past two years.
