Connecting Minds Network is primarily a collaborative learning initiative. We aim to create, develop and foster a fully online community of professionals interested in psychology and psychological therapies.
Our experience of professional training has shown that many professionals find accessing knowledge and expertise a challenge, due to geographical and financial constraints. Our vision is to create an online network of experts and practitioners, who will share ideas and promote the dissemination of new approaches and practices across the world.
We believe that online learning, in addition to being cost effective, is also an effective way of acquiring new knowledge and skills.
We have adopted a collaborative learning model, which values our participants’ experience and knowledge and one that takes into account their feedback.
We will conduct regular training-needs analysis, and will be open to any suggestions that our participants may have for future seminars.
Connecting Minds Network is a fully online training provider and as such we embrace all creative, interactive and cutting edge technologies. Unlike other providers, we value the use of interactive tools such as audio-visual material, forums and wikis.
As an organisation we are aware of our impact on the environment. We have decided at the outset to conduct all aspects of our business electronically.
