We believe that continuous education is both a hierarchical process, where the experts share knowledge with the audience, and a collaborative activity, where participants learn from each other’s experiences.

Interactivity is central to our learning model, where participants will be part of an online community and able to access our content in different ways, such as our resource base, discussion forums, case discussion groups and facilitated supervision groups.

This is what we call our “collaborative model of learning”, one, which we hope, will provide a rich learning experience.

We are committed to an evidence-based approach to learning. We have put in place a regular training-needs analysis to guide us in the development of our programmes and to ensure our events are effective in their content and delivery. Our Advisory Board will assure the quality of our training events.

Finally, our platform allows any Connecting Minds Network member to propose ideas for future seminars and any topics they may wish to present themselves.
